Comments :  Dr Ehrlund treated our Pig Wilbur like he was human. He never knew he wasn't. He had been in our family for more than 16 years. I am the Vice President of a Hospital and I certainly know compassionate care. Thank you for taking care of him during his sickness and health times. More importantly thank you for the incredible unconditional care and concern. Your professional manner will never be forgotten. P.S. Would you consider actually seeing humans. You certainly have the skills to treat any illness no matter what species. Top notch care and talent CAN NOT BE BEATEN. I would not consider going anywhere else. You are the BEST!!

Comments :   I recommend Heritage Veterinary Medical Center to every one I know! They treat my dogs as if they were their own pets, always getting excited to see them and even remembering there names! When my dog Minnie Mouse was sick she had to go to the vet every Monday for six weeks and stay for hours. I thought after a while she was going to get tired of going and sick of being left up there. Well I was wrong, every Monday Minnie would pull me through the door, she was so excited to see them again! Needless to say, as long as I am in San Antonio I will be going to the Heritage Veterinary Medical Center!!!!

Comments :  I have been taking my dogs to Dr. Larry and Dr. Loretta since 1981. I have always been treated wonderfully by Dr. Loretta and the whole staff. Even when the late Dr. Larry was ill, he was always so kind and concerned about mine and my friend's pets when we took them in. He will be forever remembered for his gentleness with our pets. I love the way we are greeted when we arrive. Everyone is always so nice and friendly. My questions are always answered and I know I can call anytime I have a question. I feel like Dr. Loretta is always conservative in her approach to taking care of a sick pet. She doesn't overprescribe treatment and takes it one step at a time giving the pet's owner a chance to make a decision (whether financial or emotional). If anyone reads a negative comment concerning this vet practice...take it stride because "anonymous" comments are hard to take seriously or they would post their names. A great practice with wonderful, caring people!!!

Comments :  WE'VE BEEN TAKING OUR DOGS TO HERITAGE SINCE 2006. WE HAD NEVER OWNED A DOG AND WE STUMBLED ALONG THE WAY. EVERYTIME WE HAD A QUESTION OR PROBLEM THEY WERE ALWAYS THERE TO ANSWER THE QUESTION OR SOLVE THE PROBLEM. THE VETS ARE GREAT AND STAFF ARE WONDERFUL. WE HAVE USED THEIR VET AND BOARDING SERVICES ARE VERY SATISFIED THAT OUR DOGS GET GREAT CARE. WE NOW HAVE 3 DOGS AND ARE STILL NOVICES, BUT ITS REASSURING TO KNOW THAT HERITAGE IS THERE TO HELP US. P.S. KONA, BELLA, AND JEWEL GIVE 12 PAWS TO HERITAGE VETERINARY MEDICAL CENTER AND TOO MANY WAGS TO COUNT. STEVE AND GRACE HOWARD AND OF COURSE KONA, BELLA AND JEWEL.

Comments :  I just wanted to thank Dr.Loretta for her care & compassion during the loss of our cat Cali Zaske. We took our precious cat Cali in knowing the outcome looked grim and Dr. Erhlund was so understanding yet extremely professional. I could not have asked for a better vet! Thank you for helping our little angel pass on peacefully. Please let me know how we can post a pic of Cali on your web site. Once again thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Comments :  I have been taking my birds to Dr. Loretta and Dr. Larry since we acquired the first one. The care and attention they have received is the best! The staff is always friendly along with 'Goof Ball'. :-)

Comments :  I have going to Dr. Loreeta since 1981; she has seen me through good times and tough times with my kiddos. She and the staff are great, would not take my babies any where else. I always feel welcome when I call or stop by. Thank you all for being there. Caroline

Comments :  I will tell you the truth. There is no place like this one. My baby Jenny was going to die if i didnt get her to clinic like i did. I have been all over the place and i finally found a clinic that i like. And the great thing is you cant see a scar where they sowed her up. Trust me when i tell you i wouldnt take my pet anywhere else but here. Alisha
